faq

What kind of merch do you design?

Honestly, almost anything — apparel, stickers, and stationery, up to more complex items like 3D-printed objects or custom packaging. We’ll suggest items that fit your goal, or work from your own list if you already know what you want branded.

What’s the difference between the S, M, and L packs?

Every pack starts with an idea — never just a logo slapped on a hoodie. S is one design scaled across a couple of basics. M gives each item its own design under one concept, built for a specific event or a recurring gift. L goes furthest — a full identity, almost a mini sub-brand, for a company-wide welcome kit or a flagship event. Not sure which pack fits? Book a call or email us at hello@busy.studio.

How long does a merch project take?

Depends on how complex the job is. A simple gift or merch for a small event — a few days, concept included. A bigger job, like a full identity with more complex items, needs a few weeks for design alone, plus a few more for production.

Can you design merch for a specific event?

Yes — that’s exactly what an M pack is built for: a concept and visuals designed around one event or a recurring gift. For bigger moments, like a flagship event or company-wide launch, that’s the L pack.

Do you handle production, or just design files?

Design-only works if you already have a manufacturer — we’ll hand off production-ready files. If you need more, we can take on production too: finding the right manufacturer, handling all communication with them, and checking samples and quality before anything ships.

Do you prepare print-ready files for production?

Yes — we prepare files to match your manufacturer’s specs and the exact printing or application technique. You get more than concepts: production-ready files with notes for whoever’s making them.

Can you help us communicate with our own manufacturer?

Yes — if you already work with a manufacturer, we can help with the technical side: answering tricky questions, choosing materials and application methods, and working through production details.

How are you different from a merch manufacturer?

We start with the concept — turning merch into something people actually want to wear or use. And since we’re not tied to any specific production capabilities, we’re not limited to what one factory can make — we can bring you the widest possible range of ideas.
