What does busy studio do?
We build brand identities and turn them into working tools. Whether you need templates or a brand OS that runs with agents or contractors, our focus is on both the creative work and getting it implemented.
What does branding include, and how long does it take?
Branding starts from three weeks and includes research, a brand platform, visual style exploration, the identity, and a brand system. We do not assemble the same system twice — what goes into it depends on how your team will use it.
I need marketing materials — can you help?
Yes, that is what design support is for: a small identity for an event, merch, printed materials, an exhibition stand, special projects. You don’t have to brief and onboard another team when something comes up — we cover it and help implement the brand.
What is a brand OS?
A brand space your team, contractors and AI agents work in to create on-brand materials that follow your design and tone of voice — without drift, hallucinations or slop. The rules live as tokens, components and context machines can read, with a human in the loop where it matters.
What do we get at the end?
Everything we make is yours, in a form you can keep working with: source files, editable components, and the rules written down. We don’t hand over a black box — the rules are there so your team can understand them and solve design tasks on their own, with other designers, with contractors or with agents.
Where are you based?
Julia is in Amsterdam, Masha is in Málaga, and both take part in the local business and design communities. Most of our clients are European, but we also work with companies in the US, Dubai, Asia and Latin America — 15 countries so far.
